The Children's Food Education Lab aims to find answers to this question: ‘How can we work together to transform today's scattered nutrition education system for children into a more holistic and effective nutrition education system?’ This project is unique in its collective approach. It brings together a broad range of stakeholders to shape the future of nutrition education for children in Switzerland, using a recognised approach to system change that aims not to take action to address the symptoms, but to work together to understand the underlying causes of today's ineffective nutrition education system. ‍
