Applied consensus: navigating complex situations with confidence
As part of this project, a consensus workshop based on psychological evidence will be developed, conducted eight times, evaluated and made freely accessible.
The project is based on three methods: the Wheel of Consent (Dr Betty Martin),the Three-Minutes-Game (Dr David Harris) and Playfight (Matteo Tangi). The aim is to create a bridge between the theoretical psychological examination of various aspects of consensus and the real, complex physical situations in which potential boundary violations can occur. In a clearly defined playful setting, participants practice how to manage complex situations and to communicate their boundaries verbally and physically.
