Empowerment means strengthening our self-determination both individually and collectively. In this empowerment workshop, a safe space of care and benevolence will be created in which experiences and concerns as well as perspectives and visions for a racism-free university will be exchanged and developed. We use practical and creative methods to empower each other and work together to develop strategies for overcoming experiences of racism and racist hate speech. All information exchanged and content discussed during the workshop will remain strictly confidential.
